With over 20 years of experience in government funding, business strategy, and advisory services, Kelly founded Funding Essentials to make funding more accessible for entrepreneurs, non-profits, charities, and growing organizations. She believes that every great idea deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of an organization's size or stage of growth.
Today, Kelly works closely with clients to identify funding opportunities, develop long-term strategies, and build practical roadmaps for sustainable growth. Known for her collaborative approach and deep understanding of the Canadian funding landscape, she has become a trusted advisor to organizations seeking both funding and strategic direction.
Lalitha Gudala - Senior Manager, Operations & Consulting delivery
Lalitha leads the operational and project delivery functions at Funding Essentials, ensuring every client engagement is delivered with structure, clarity, and attention to detail. She oversees consulting delivery, project management, workflow optimization, knowledge management, and team development while supporting clients from initial discovery through successful project completion.
Passionate about building systems that improve both client experience and internal efficiency, Lalitha enjoys combining strategy, operations, technology, and continuous improvement to help organizations move from ideas to action. Outside of consulting, she is also a published contemporary fiction author who believes that great storytelling and thoughtful problem-solving often go hand in hand.
